All services are subject to a written estimate or contract outlining the agreed scope of work.

2. Estimates & Proposals

All estimates provided by Paradise Crown Design LLC are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Estimates are based on information provided by the customer. If conditions differ upon on-site inspection, pricing may be adjusted.

No work will begin until both parties confirm the scope and pricing in writing (email or signed proposal).

3. Payments & Billing

You agree to pay all charges according to the payment schedule listed in your estimate or contract.

Payment terms may include one or more of the following:

A deposit upfront before work begins

Progress payments during the project

Final payment upon completion

We may accept payments through:

Cash

Check

Electronic invoice/payment

Online payments (if enabled on our website)

Late payments may incur fees. Failure to submit payment may result in paused work or legal action to recover the outstanding balance.

4. Project Changes (Change Orders)

Any changes to the original scope — including materials, design, or additional work requested by the customer — must be approved through a written change order.

Timeline

Material availability

Work will not begin on additional items until both parties agree in writing.

5. Scheduling & Project Timeline

We make every reasonable effort to complete projects on schedule; however, timelines may shift due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

Weather

Material delays

Unforeseen site conditions

Customer-requested changes

Paradise Crown Design LLC is not liable for delays caused by these or similar circumstances.

6. Materials & Product Selection

If customers select specific materials, colors, or finishes:

Paradise Crown Design is not responsible for manufacturer defects.

Customers are responsible for approving all selections in writing.

Substitutions may be required if products become unavailable.

We will always notify customers of any required material changes.

7. Warranties & Quality Assurance

Paradise Crown Design LLC guarantees workmanship according to standard construction practices.

Our warranty does NOT cover:

Normal wear and tear

Customer-caused damage

Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

Damage caused by weather, storms, flooding, or other events outside our control

Materials covered under manufacturer warranties

If issues arise, customers must notify us within 12 months of project completion for warranty consideration.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide access to the job site during working hours

Remove personal belongings that could be damaged

Ensure utilities (water, electricity, etc.) are accessible

Make decisions promptly to avoid delays

Comply with local laws, HOA rules, and permit requirements (unless otherwise specified)

9. Permits & Approvals

Unless explicitly included in the estimate:

Customers are responsible for acquiring any necessary permits or HOA approvals.

Failure to obtain required approvals may delay the project.

If Paradise Crown Design obtains permits on your behalf, any fees will be billed to you.

10. Safety & Site Conditions

We follow industry safety standards, but customers agree to:

Keep children, pets, and non-essential individuals away from work areas

Respect safety barriers, warning signs, and instructions

We are not responsible for injuries caused by customers entering restricted or active construction areas.

11. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Paradise Crown Design LLC is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

We are not responsible for hidden structural issues discovered during the project (e.g., mold, rot, foundation issues, outdated wiring, plumbing problems).

If such issues are discovered, the customer will be informed and additional charges may apply.

12. Cancellations & Refunds

If a customer cancels a project after materials are ordered or work has begun:

Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the status of labor and materials purchased.

Deposits may be non-refundable to cover initial labor or material costs.

If Paradise Crown Design cancels a project for reasons outside the customer’s control, unused funds will be refunded.

13. Website Usage & Online Store (If Applicable)

If the website offers online payments or product purchases:

All sales are subject to separate checkout terms

Prices may change without notice

Orders may be canceled if materials become unavailable

Use of the website is at your own risk. Paradise Crown Design is not responsible for technical errors or interruptions.
